Imagine if an avalanche of apples collided with Salvator's casks of Doppplebock in the alps on the way to the Vatican to get the popes blessing on his monks' brew. Appleanche is the resulting beer: big, bold and malty as the traditional lager, but exploding with sweet and tart apple aroma and flavor.
