Buxton Trolltunga

A collaboration with Lervig Aktebryggeri. (Stavanger, Norway). Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, moderate hoppy, citrus, sour, gooseberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, pale malt, gooseberry, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
