Burning Sky Saison l'Hiver

Brewed with the same base recipe as all ‘seasonal saisons’ follow, L’Hiver has been infused with hawthorn leaves and berries to give a most wintery feel to the beer – an almost barren taste (in a good way!) Use of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus yeasts ensure this beer continues to develop in flavour.
