Burning Sky Raspberry Monolith

This version of Monolith was blended with two other mixed fermentation dark beers from barrel vault. Further ageing on 300 grams per litre of fresh raspberries has created a beer that is full of rich berry flavours, pleasing acidity and warming alcohols. This beer is lively – chill well and pour carefully.
