Bristol Oatmeal Hoptart

This non-traditional Berliner Weisse has lactobacillus for tartness, with a late addition of Citra and Amarillo hops to keep that tartness in check. So the hops don't add bitterness, but rather a hint of lemon citrus. Put that together with a touch of oatmeal just for body and a ground floor, and this beer could not be more of a refresher. Seriously, don't miss this one!
