Bosphorus Brew 81

A full bodied ‘Dortmund Export’ style lager containing no less than eight ingredients. Made with water of a profile similar to that found in Dortmund, this is a true lagered beer. The whole process takes forty days and nights to complete. What emerges from conditioning is a light amber beer with a rich and complex mouth feel and yet a crisp and clean finish. The finest English and German malts are employed along with Mount Hood, Perle and Saaz hops. Spicy, minty and floral notes are detectable, but not overwhelming.
