A clas­sic Bel­gian-style pale ale, Sil­vius com­bines light hop bit­ter­ness and a toast­ed malt back­bone with del­i­cate pep­pery spici­ness. It fin­ish­es medi­um to dry, with a hint of malt fla­vor return­ing for an encore.
