Boom Island Brimstone

With a del­i­cate bal­ance of spicy esters, lay­ers of light fruit notes, and a high­er alco­hol lev­el than tra­di­tion­al beers, this is a clas­sic Bel­gian-style Tripel. It fin­ish­es mod­er­ate­ly dry with slight hop bitterness.
