Blue Gothic Funk

Beginning with an amber base, gothic funk is a blend of: red wine barrels with lactobacillus, red wine barrels with brettanomyces, bourbon barrels with bactobacillus, and bourbon barrels with brettanomyces. The blend is a delicious combination of wild and sour characteristics all around an amber beer platform with slight toasty and caramel notes.
