Black Project IVY BELLS: Rum Barrel

Ivy Bells is a custom blend of both traditional Barrel Aged ale and Solera fermented spontaneous ales. Made by refermenting pineapple, pink guava, blood orange, raspberry, passion fruit, sweet and tart cherries in a golden base beer blend. After blending and fermentation the beer rested in rum barrels for a few weeks. Resulting in a slightly boozy, tropical beer, reminiscent of a tiki drink.
