Black Donkey Brewing Bog Fire

Dark golden to copper colour with a medium tan head. Aroma is smoked meat, wood and soft toffee. Taste is soft smoked bacon, pepper, wood and intense malty. Finish is dry and spiced. Lack of intensity in the smokiness.
