Birdfish Pineapple OG

A milkshake IPA brewed with lactose and pineapple. This beer pours an opaque murky yellow, and looks like pineapple puree. Pineapple and lemony hops dominate for a bold fruit-forward flavor. The lactose adds a touch of mild sweetness and eases the journey to the bitter finish. When the lactose comes through the aftertaste, you'll think you just had pineapple upside-down cake in a beer.
