A stronger, more robust, heavily wheated Berliner Weisse that was fermented with 5 strains of brettanomyces and 3 strains of lactobacillus and coaxed into exwhiskey barrels to chillout for a year. Bottled conditioned to ensure a tart, crisp and dry finish. Thoroughly complex with notes of vanilla, pomme fruit and supple oaky tannins finishing with a provocative kiss of whiskey.
