Bellwoods Paper Tiger Wet-Hopped

Wet-Hopped Pilsner. Paper Tiger is the Bellwoods interpretation of a ‘new world’ lager, where their aim to combine a traditional pale malt bill and firm bitterness, with the levity of a bright and generous dry hop. Except that in this special edition, they opted for a wet hop rather than dry, utilizing the fleeting, fresh hop flowers that are briefly in season. The result is a slightly more herbal, nuanced effect, with the same outstanding drinkability. What it smells like, what it tastes like: Crisp and clean body with subtle notes of rosemary and melon.
