Baxter MHT

MHT is inspired by the diverse and dynamic experience that the hut and trail system of Maine's Western High Peaks offers. For this IPL, they went on a three stage brewing adventure: - They mashed it like a wheat beer, using nearly half wheat malt complimented by barley and oats. - They fermented it cold and clean with Bohemian Lager yeast. - They hopped it like an IPA using Amarillo, Simcoe, and Zythos.The result is a beer that does justice to its namesake: pristine and refreshing
