Bierbeschreibung

Aroma is vinous, biscuity, woody, lactic and mild funky with notes of cinnamon and peach. Pours hazy coppery color with thin quickly diminishing off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts sour vinous and acetic, follows by cereals, tannins and wood with smooth mouthfeel.

In der Nase schöne Brettaromen. IM Antrunk rund, mild, weich, brett deutlich spürbar. Ein sehr zugängliches Sauerbier, das aber trotzdem durch große Kompexität besticht.
