Strong beer dark type India Pale Ale. The intense and rich aroma refers to citrus fruits, such as bergamot, red fruits and passion fruit, with hints of caramel, initially, then going on to highlight caramel and fruits such as figs, ripe pears and peach in syrup. All of this is the result of additions of hops at the end of the boil, in addition to the double dry-hopping process , with modern varieties of American hops. The flavor of the beer has a slight initial sweetness, due to the base of malts, giving subtle touches of caramel and nuts, but its balance tends to bitter, due to the quantity and varieties of hops used in the recipe. The combination of hops in this recipe has a fruity, refreshing and bitter taste, following the aroma and reminiscent of citrus fruits such as bergamot, red fruits and passion fruit. The finish is medium-long, with a bitter and fruity character in the mouth. The color of the beer has a reddish golden hue, quite translucent, and may present a slight turbidity. The foam, ivory in color, has a fine texture and good formation. The palate presents moderate carbonation and medium body, providing a good basis for the complexity of aromas and flavors of this beer, enriching the qualities that are appropriate to the style.
