Artesanais German Pilsen

Light German Pilsner beer. The aroma is very floral and citrus, reminiscent of roses, hibiscus and lemongrass, initially, due to the hops, and lets in second, the aroma of fresh bread, characteristic of the malts used. The initial flavor is slightly sweet, reminiscent of bread and cookies, but soon the hops are noticed, which follows the aroma, and ends with a bitter, assertive and clean finish. The beer is a light golden tone, with a very light turbidity, almost translucent, as it is not filtered. The foam, white in color, has a fine texture and good formation. The beer has a very light body, its dry character increases the freshness and the desire to take one more, with the awareness of contributing to the reduction of the environmental impact on the planet, since the grains used are produced by family farming, in a cooperative way , without any type of pesticide.
