Artesanais American Rice Beer

Light rice beer. The aroma of beer combines the characteristics of cereals, barley and rice, with hops, Saaz, of Czech origin, with a floral profile, characteristic of several Pilsen style beers. The flavor, accompanying the aroma, is light and refreshing, with a slight initial sweetness, followed by hops floral notes. The rice gives a very subtle touch to the flavor, leaving the beer tasty and smooth, with a dry and slightly bitter finish. The beer has a light color, like straw, with a golden touch, with a slight turbidity, almost translucent, because it is not filtered. The foam, white in color, has a fine texture and good formation.
