Argo Threesome 2015 Single Barrel

In 2014 the beer Milva has settled for seven months in the Pinot Noir Barrique woods of the Haderburg Cellar of Bolzano. Time has changed it transforming this beer in something unique, a fascinating union between wine and beer, Time and Nature… On the nose we can detect ripe cherry notes and wine notes created by the wine itself but also from the malt oxidation. In less quantity we can catch mineral and iodine sensations. On tasting we recover the wine note with a sour shade. Final is undoubtedly bitter and persistent It's a complex beer with a light body.
