On the nose we can detect ripe cherry notes and wine notes created by the wine itself but also from the malt oxidation. In less quantity we can catch mineral and iodine sensations. On tasting we recover the wine note with a sour shade. Final is undoubtedly bitter and persistent It's a complex beer with a light body.
