Bierbeschreibung
This Hoppy release is a blend of sour blonde ale aged in wine barrels and a farmhouse ale fermented in foedres with four strains of brettanomyces. The result is a complex base of stone fruit, oak, and earthy funk to complement the fruity punch of Equinox hops. Equinox contributes aroma of lemon, lime, papaya, and apple to the party.
