Clear light amber colour; Fragrant and sweet aroma of Amber malt, with strong caramel, strong toffee, red fruits, floral, sugar, biscuits, lemon and light grass; Medium sweet taste of Amber malt, with grapefruits, strong floral, caramel, strong molasses, strong herbs, strong lime. Mid to light body, slick palate; Mouth feel is good. Strong bitter grapefruit hoppiness hit off nicely, backed by strong floral and caramel. Sweetness is nicely balanced by herbal and lime. Hoppiness is floral, lemon and light grass in nose. Grapefruits, strong floral, herbs, lime and grass in taste; Bitterness is quite strong for a lasting, high astringent sweet-bitter finish; Fairly dry after taste.
