Ale Mania Winter IPA

A little hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, fairly resiny, gently fruity aroma of pine, grapefruit, orange jam and hints of honey. Rather sweet, moderately bitter, fairly resiny and gently fruity taste of grapefruit, pine, orange jam and some caramel, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, rather resiny and grapefruity finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation.
