Ahnapee Son of Brett

Son Of Brett is part of a solera project in which the barrels never are completely emptied. Part of Son Of Brett is 4 years old and others are only 1 year. This blend creates a super complex beer that was primarily fermented with multiple different Brett yeast strains. This blend of yeast provides their brew an blend of unique, funky, earthy and complex characteristics. All of this is complemented with the wine barrel undertones.
