3 Sheeps Cuvee Blend 2018

This year’s blend is all about subtlety. It hits you with a wash of flavor at the first sip, and then gives you space to explore its layers in the rest of the glass. They selected an imperial stout for richness, an imperial stout with toasted coconut for depth, an imperial black wheat with coffee for its roast notes and a Belgian-style quad for a touch of sweetness. The result is a beer with strong notes of coffee and coconut, rounded out by hints of fig and molasses.
