3 Sheeps Bourbon Barrel Aged Uber Joe

One of two Anniversary Beers. From the full-flavored roast they developed with Colectivo Coffee, to the vanilla they add post-fermentation, to the deep bourbon character they get from the barrel aging process - everything about this beer is bold. It's a chocolatey imperial stout whose notes of sweet baked bread, coffee, and vanilla play off of the bourbon heat in a way that's delicious, intense, and balanced. Kind of like they are.
