Buxton Yellow Belly Final Batch

Collaboration between Buxton Brewery and Omnipollo, Stockholm. Dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, peanut, dark malt, cake, rich malt - cake. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, peanut, cake, chocolate, alcohol, dark malt, sweet malt. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft to flat.
