Beer description
That night was very cold. Upon arriving in the morning, the master brewer saw all his work wasted, as the barrels had burst due to freezing. However, on closer examination, he found that in the center of each barrel was a small hole where the beer had not frozen. As punishment, the apprentice was forced to drink the liquid from the barrels, which to everyone's surprise was very tasty. It was from this fact that the Eisbock style was born.
