Bierbeschreibung
Walachai means far away, forgotten in time. It is a community of approximately 300 people located in Morro Reuter, less than 500 meters from the Alenda Brewery. The village was founded in 1829 by German immigrants from the Echternach region in what is now the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. To honor the village, Alenda Walachai beer has the soul of the three countries that border Luxembourg. From Germany came smoked wheat, the process of decoction and fermentation in open tanks, techniques that are traditionally used for brewing wheat beers in German Bavaria.
